Bridge

The Charleston suspension bridge -It has a name but who cares, it looks cool

And the bridge at night - no flash, stabilizer, or skill required
oh look! a mini ocean - just add: waves, salt, and little things swimming by your legs

Some more photos

See! I was on a plane - there's the wing!
Under a pier looking at the ocean - I want to live under it

A real palm tree - or rather a palmetto
A pretty little bird - What the?
"And to our right you'll see Seattle" - Hence the rain clouds

Some beach. Folly actually

here is 360 degree video of a beach. (duh)

The fire's over

WOW! don't worry i lived through it! i did have to rescue a bunch of kittens (see below) but they were very grateful and taught me their ways.

OK, so not really but they are really cute. I wish we were on a first name bases, not just a "cute kitten" google image search.

The fire was a false alarm and they decided to turn off the alarm as soon as my adrenaline dropped and i logged off. so really it was just a big inconvenience

lame, no hero stories.

Alligator news

UPDATE! I took a trip to a beach today and it was sandy and beautiful (see picture). However, I was not privileged enough to see the mythical beast on the beach. And for all those fact-nerds out there I was not expecting to see a fresh water alligator in the salt water blah blah blah. But! on the way back to the hotel there was a pond out the window and as we drove past I did get a glimpse of one of the creatures that I until recently decided did not exist. But like always that little siting wasn't quite good enough . I need photographic evidence. so until then...
The search continues.
Not a "real" alligator
This is a real beach
